1 credit equals 1 notification successfully delivered to a device. For example, a campaign sent to 10,000 users uses 10,000 credits. Sends to invalid tokens that can’t be delivered are not deducted from your balance.

No. NotiPilot has no fixed monthly fee. You only buy the credit packages you need, and purchased credits stay valid for 12 months.

Create a new app in the dashboard and select your Expo project. As soon as you forward the Expo push tokens collected in your app to our API, you can start sending from the dashboard. For bare React Native, Flutter or native projects, you can integrate directly with your FCM and APNs keys.

Yes. For mobile apps built for Shopify that don’t include their own push dashboard, you can add the app’s FCM/APNs credentials to NotiPilot and start sending notifications. Our team will help you during setup.
